| Exhibition Preparation In Japan, clients hire bonsai professionals to maintain their plants and prepare them for exhibition. Bjorvala Bonsai Studio offers these same services to those in the U.S. who wish to have their bonsai at peak level for exhibition. Price quotes made upon viewing the material. Styling & Maintenance Periodic visits to your personal bonsai collection can be made for seasonal work, basic maintenance, styling, or consultation about the overall direction of your material. Prepared to travel overseas on short notice. Please call or e-mail for requests. Material-Client Matching Based on the individual desires of clients, the studio will locate top-rate bonsai material from Japan and provide the means of relocating it to the designated country. A commission fee is applied as a percentage of the cost of each individual plant. Note: this service is NOT available in the U.S. due to USDA importation regulations. Going on Vacation? Sick Bonsai? Boarding services are also available to those in need of short or long-term care for their bonsai. This includes a recuperation area set aside specifically for sick or unhealthy trees. Bonsai Rental/Lease If you operate a business and would like to have a bonsai on display in your facility, Bjorvala Bonsai Studio offers "bonsai rentals." The studio will set up a display in the desired area and provide a bonsai for the display based on one of the following options: - One-time, week-long displays for $100/week - Four seasonal, week-long displays for $300/year - Continuous displays are offered for $500/year Please call or e-mail for more details.
